The mausoleum of Emperor Tang of the Shang Dynasty was listed as a key cultural relic protection site by the people's government of Anhui Province in September 1981. Located on the east of Qiaoling North Road of Bozhou and on the north of Renmin Bridge, it is the cenotaph of Emperor Tang of the Shang Dynasty, also known as Grave of Emperor Tang.

The existing mausoleum of Emperor Tang now is a tall and big round earth hummock, which is over 6 meters tall and with a perimeter of near 60 meters. A stone tablet inscribed with "Grave of Emperor Tang of the Shang Dynasty" was planted in front of the grave and the grave is surrounded by towering ancient cypresses. Take a walk along the path in front of the grave, you will see a Yellow Chinaberry tree with an age over 500 years rising from the ground and towering into the sky, with branches profusely covered by leaves.
