With a view to further improving the soft environment for economic development, creating an innovative service brand, establishing a service-oriented government and strengthening the humanistic care, the Foreign Investment Service Card System is implemented in Bozhou and the Notice on Printing & Distributing Bozhou Foreign Investment Service Card is issued by Bozhou Municipal Government.

According the Notice, cardholders will be entitled to enjoy certain preferential treatments during their stay in Bozhou in respect of political treatment, official service, legal environment, education & heath care and culture and life. These policies are formulated to bring convenience to foreign investors who live and work in Bozhou, and create a harmonious, stable and comfortable environment for them to carry out business activities here.

The Card will be issued to persons and enterprises that are not included in the administrative scope of Bozhou, but invest in here shall meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Industrial enterprises with annual sales revenue of RMB 20 million or above; tertiary industry projects with a registered capital of RMB 20 million or above (RMB 50 million or above for real estate projects) and enterprises engaged in plantation and breeding industry with annual sales revenue exceeding RMB 10 million.

(2) Enterprises employing over 300 employees

(3) Enterprises with a tax payment over RMB 1 million (state taxes and local taxes) in the previous year.
