The 2024 International (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo and the 40th National (Bozhou) Chinese Herbal Medicine Fair opened

On the morning of September 9, the 2024 International (Bozhou) Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo and the 40th National (Bozhou) Chinese Herbal Medicine Fair opened at the Municipal Gymnasium.

With the theme of "Traditional Chinese Medicine, Making Human Health Better", this year's Traditional Chinese Medicine Expo was jointly sponsored by the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the China Food Industry Association, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Medicines and Health Products, and the China Association of Health-Production Food. The Fair is aimed at building a broad platform, bringing together outstanding talents from all directions, discussing the development of traditional Chinese medicine and creating a better future for traditional Chinese medicine.

At the opening ceremony, the establishment ceremony of the RCEP Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Cooperation Council, the establishment ceremony of the Bozhou Chinese herbal medicine large single product alliance, the launching ceremony of the construction of the Huatuo traditional Chinese medicine large model, the global solicitation ceremony of the artificial intelligence scenario capacity of modern traditional Chinese medicine in Bozhou, and the establishment ceremony of the Bozhou International Communication Center were held. The "Huatuo Traditional Chinese Medicine Award" was presented, and the titles of "Huatuo Medical Practitioner", "Huatuo Inherited Master of Medicine", and "Huatuo Inheritor of Medicine" were conferred.

Bozhou is an important birthplace of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Since the divine doctor HuaTuo opened the first medicinal herb garden in Bozhou, traditional Chinese medicine has been closely connected with Bozhou. The infiltration of a thousand years of medicinal fragrance has earned Bozhou the reputation of "medicines are not complete without reaching Bozhou, and medicines are not effective without passing through Bozhou".
