Recently, reporters from China Central Television (CCTV) conducted interviews on the effectiveness of the "Seamless Mutual Recognition" reform in Bozhou City.
In March of this year, Bozhou City introduced the pioneering "Seamless Mutual Recognition" reform, becoming the first city in the nation to implement a system for verifying eligibility to receive social security benefits and welfare policy subsidies. This reform has successfully facilitated seamless data sharing and application across regions, levels, departments, systems, and business sectors. It has effectively tackled the challenges of multiple management in the eligibility verification process, including the need for multiple verifications and repeated verifications by the public. Moreover, it has effectively prevented and mitigated the risks associated with the disbursement of social security funds and public funds, significantly reducing the workload of grassroots organizations. As a result, this reform has turned the concerns of the elderly into heartwarming matters. Its implementation has garnered considerable attention from central and provincial-level media outlets, including People's Daily, the Xinhua News Agency, and Anhui Daily.
