Bozhou Attracts 79 High-Tech Enterprises in 2020 and its Growth Rate Ranks First in Anhui Province

Bozhou has put more efforts into the cultivation of high-tech enterprises in recent years to promote the increase in both its number and quality.In 2020, Bozhou attracts another 79 high-tech enterprises to settle in, a year-on-year growth of 48.33%, ranking first in Anhui Province.At present, the number of high-tech enterprises in Bozhou hits 178.
Bozhou strengthens policy talks, and builds the "Cloud class" for science and technology in the effort of cultivation of high-tech enterprises, so as to promote the policy publicity and guidance for the said high-tech enterprises both online and offline in a continuous way.
It strengthens relevant policy incentives, and builds a "1+N" policy system for scientific and technological innovation. A one-off subsidy of 300,000 yuan is granted to each newly recognized high-tech enterprises, and awards and subsidies of municipal level with a total of 28.2 million yuan has been granted by now.Meanwhile, it earnestly implements the policy on additional tax deductions of R&D expenses, conducts an assessment of the qualification of R&D expenses of 990 million yuan from 285 enterprises for additional tax deductions, and cuts and exempts taxes and fees of 98 million yuan by now.
Strengthen the cultivation of the source.Bozhou sticks to the principle of targeted guidance, tiered cultivation and differential support. It's all for the purpose of strengthening the supply of factors, guiding enterprises to increase their inputs in R&D, transforming scientific and technological achievements into actual outcomes, and bringing in and cultivating scientific and technical personnel. On the base of that, Bozhou enriches the pool of cultivation of high-tech enterprises through dynamic adjustments, enhances the construction of professional service institutions, and optimizes the services over overall lifecycle, and puts continuing efforts to cultivate high-tech enterprises and small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.
