Supervision by Promoted Joint Law Enforcement to Facilitate Green Development of Enterprises in Bozhou

Since the beginning of this year, Bozhou has effectively promoted the joint law enforcement, vigorously facilitating the green development of enterprises and achieving a good start.

According to the requirements of national and provincial ecological environment protection, and taking into consideration the actual situation of enterprises, Bozhou City determines a list of key pollutant-discharge units in 2021. This year, this list has 144 key units of pollutant discharge, including 45 units of water pollutant discharge, 94 units of gas pollutant discharge, and 21 units of soil pollutant discharge. Thus, a full coverage of key units of pollutant discharge is achieved in Bozhou, which provides an important basis for the implementation of supervision by the law enforcement.

During the supervision of enterprises, Bozhou City provides related services, including providing the technical guidance and assistance to enterprises, focusing on the assistance to different enterprises adopting different plans used in different enterprises, providing the assistance to the enterprises which overcome the technical problems about the operation of facilities, actively assisting enterprises to apply for national and provincial special funds, guiding the enterprises to better fulfill their main responsibility of environmental protection, and facilitating the enterprise environmental management to be more reasonable, and ensuring that the goal of the pollutant discharge can be achieved.
