The Enterprises Running with Light Burden and Bozhou City Going ahead with Accelerated Speed

In Q1 of 2021, by reducing the labor cost, tax and fee burden, financial cost, energy and land using cost, logistics cost, and other channels, Bozhou City directly reduced the enterprise cost and enterprise burden by RMB1.14 billion cumulatively.
By the end of February, the whole city reduced the social insurance premium and the collection of social insurance premium by RMB61.7092 million. To implement the national taxes and fees reduction policy, from January to March, Bozhou City reduced and exempted taxes by RMB0,767 billion. To implement the fees reduction and burden relief policy, through system and staged fees reduction policy, from January to March, Bozhou City implemented 33 items of fees reduction and exemption, and expects to relieve the enterprise burden by RMB36.25 million.
By the end of February, the loan balance of the banks and financial agencies of the whole city was RMB246.761 billion, up by RMB8.724 billion compared with the beginning of the year. By promoting the multi-level market construction with multiple measures, by the end of February, the 10 new regional listed companies entered in the equity market in the city, and achieved a direct financing of RMB6.03 billion. To conscientiously implement the tax financing loan business, by the end of February, a loan of RMB0.697 billion in total was released through “tax financing” in the whole city, and solved financing problems for 2391 micro, small and medium enterprises of the City.
From January to March, 2021, through the tax amount standard adjustment, the using taxes for urban and rural land reduced by RMB57.37 million, which further reduced the enterprises’ land using cost. By reducing the electricity using expenditure, from January to March, 2021, the City implemented price reduction policy, and reduced enterprise cost by RMB318.8662 million for the enterprises in total. To reduce the logistics cost, the City kept on implement the activity of reducing the ship lock charging standard and the ETC preferential policy, lowering another 10% on the basis of enjoying a 5% discount of current toll for trucks enjoying ETC charging discount, with the preferential term as 3 years temporarily.
While implementing the policy of fees reduction and burden relief of the Central Committee without any negligence, Bozhou City has powerfully enhanced Bozhou enterprises’ capability for transformation and upgrading, which is favorable for the enterprises to input the funds and efforts into key fields to save energy for development.
From January to April, the growth value of scale industry increased by 21%, and ranked the 6th in the whole province and the 1st among the 6 cities of north Anhui; totally 29,000 new market entities emerged in the city, up by 30.4%.
