860.6kg! On June 5th, the super gluten wheat variety “Gushen Wheat NO. 19” cultivated by Bozhou refreshed the record of average yield per mu of Anhui Province.
On June 5th, the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China organized relevant experts of the national wheat industry system, etc to compose an expert panel to have actual yield survey for three parcels of high yield
wheat field of three towns in Woyang County, Bozhou City. As per the Yield Survey Acceptance Method for National Grain High Yield Creation (Trial) of the original Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China, on the basis
of listening to relevant condition introduction, the expert panel adopted combined harvester for actual wheat harvest continuously, the harvester has the collection cabin cleared before the harvesting, and the wheat grains fallen in the
field are not calculated into the yield. The yield survey result showed that the unit yield of all three parcels exceeds 800kg. Among them, the wheat parcel of “Gushen Wheat NO. 19” located in Xinxing Town, Woyang County, Bozhou City
has the highest unit yield as 860.6kg, refreshing the unit yield record of wheat of Anhui Province.
As is known, it is the second year for the wheat variety cultivated by Bozhou to refresh the record of average yield per mu of the whole province consecutively. In 2020, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences organized an expert panel to
have actual yield acceptance for two parcels of “Wo Wheat NO. 9” planted by Zhang Linseng’s family in Houshuibo Village, Chudian Town, Woyang County, Bozhou City. The result showed that the average yield per mu reached 824.70KG, which
refreshed the highest unit yield record of wheat of Anhui.
