Chrysanthemum Harvest in Golden Autumn

On September 24, chrysanthemum farmers in Sunwa Village of Qiaocheng District, Anhui, were picking the flowers in the field. Autumn is usually the harvest season for the beautiful blossom in Qiaocheng during which farmers are busy picking, processing, and drying the flowers. In recent years, Qiaocheng has combined the model of farmers' cooperative, planting base and household planting to scale up chrysanthemums growing for better efficiency and higher incomes.
