Recently, at the construction site of Mengcheng Station in Bozhou City, which is part of the second phase of the Yangtze River diversion project to feed the Huaihe River, large-scale machinery is carrying out construction operations such as earthwork excavation. Mengcheng Station in Bozhou City, as well as the Mengcheng, Guoyang, and Lixin water intake gate projects, is part of the second phase of the Yangtze River diversion project to feed the Huaihe River. The second phase of the project is a continuation of the Yangtze River diversion project to feed the Huaihe River, with key tasks including providing urban and rural water supply, promoting Jianghuai navigation, and undertaking ecological restoration measures.
