Two counties in Bozhou were on the list of the top 20 of county economy in Anhui province

Major economic data in 2021had been released by the counties (cities) of Anhui province in succession, and the list of the top 20 counties of economic aggregate had been released with Mengcheng county and Guoyang county of Bozhou on the list.
The GDP of Mengcheng county was 42.879 billion yuan with a growth rate of 8.7%, ranking the second among three counties and one district in Bozhou and the 15th among 59 counties (county-level cities) in Anhui Province in 2021. While the GDP of Guoyang county was 41.56 billion yuan with a growth rate of 7.7%, ranking the third among three counties and one district in Bozhou and the 18th among 59 counties (county-level cities) in Anhui Province.
Strategic emerging industries and high-tech industries in Mengcheng country were continued to strengthen in 2021. The total industrial output value of 23 strategic emerging industries had increased by 38.7% year-on-year, ranking the first and having 30.1 percentage points higher than Bozhou. The added value of 50 high-tech industries had increased by 7.3% year on year, having 6.7 percentage points higher than Bozhou City and ranking the third. The amount of effective invention patents in Guoyang county had achieved 668, and the number of invention patents owned by ten thousand people had attained 5.71with a increase of 35.7%year-on-year. Independent innovation achievements were effectively increased and innovation capacity was further improved. The production value of strategic emerging industries had increased by 6.8% and the added value of high-tech industries had increased by 16.3% year-on-year.
The ratio of three industries in Mengcheng county was 15.3∶26.1∶58.6 in 2021, and the proportion of tertiary industries had increased by 1.2 percentage points compared with the same period in last year. In accordance with their contribution rate of economic growth, three industries had contributed 17.0%, 22.8%and 60.2%in 2021 and had drived economic growth by 1.5, 2.0 and 5.2 percentage points respectively. Tertiary industries had contributed 1.9 percentage points to economic growth more than the previous year. The proportion of the three industrial structures in Guoyang county had been adjusted from 17.4∶36.7:45.9 in 2016 to 15.5∶35.8:48.7 in 2021. The added value of the tertiary industry in GDP had accounted for a significant propotion with a year-on-year growth of 7.8% and had 4.3 percentage points higher than last year. Added value of seven major industries involving accommodation and catering, wholesale and retail and for-profit services had all saw an increase.
The resident income of Mengcheng county and Guoyang county had also been witnessed a rapid growth. The per capita disposable income of residents in Mengcheng county was 24,344 yuan in 2021 with a year on year growth of 10.1%, ranking the second in total amount and the first in growth of Bozhou City. The growth rate had 0.2 percentage points higher than the average level of Bozhou City. The per capita disposable income of residents in Guoyang county was 21,717 yuan with an increase of 1,933 yuan than 2020 and a year-on-year increase of 9.8%.
