135 million sold last year! Bozhou herbal tea wins “Gold Medal Project” again

Recently, the State Post Bureau announced the 2021 “Gold Medal Project” list of national express service modern agriculture. Bozhou herbal tea ranked the second in the list with 135 million pieces of delivery. This project has won the “Gold Medal” for the third consecutive time since the State Post Bureau started to select "National express service modern agriculture gold medal project".
Bozhou Postal Administration has taken the initiative to contact with the municipal departments of commerce, agriculture and rural areas, rural revitalization and QiaoCheng District government to establish a cooperation mechanism, issue policy documents and formulate specific measures by seizing the characteristics of Bozhou herbal tea. At the same time, the Administration also appeal the joint participation of express delivery enterprises in constructing rural e-commercedelivery system. The Administration tried to reach the goal of "full coverage of e-commerce in rural areas" and "express delivery goes in every villages", and promote the township and village-level outlets to directly serve herbal tea enterprises and farmers.
Since 2018, the annual delivery volume of Bozhou herbal tea has increased from 35 million to 135 million, with an average annual growth rate of over 55%, which effectively helped farmers to increase their incomes.
