Bozhou Took Advantage of the 2024 WMC to Attract a Total Investment of over 10 Billion Yuan

On September 20th, the 2024 World Manufacturing Convention (WMC) opened at Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hefei. At the convention, Bozhou City signed 37 projects with a total investment of 10.79 billion yuan. Among them, Bozhou Furui Site high-efficiency cadmium telluride thin film solar cell project with a total investment of 1.35 billion yuan was signed directly at the opening ceremony of the convention.

Bozhou will continue to uphold the concept of embracing openness and cooperation for mutual benefit and make the utmost of the World Manufacturing Convention as an important platform to strengthen communication and coordination with all parties to attract investment by centering on the important businessmen participating in the convention to pay visits to them and invite them to visit Bozhou for investment, so as to further promote the transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of Bozhou’s manufacturing industry. From now on, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Bozhou will continue to provide follow-up services, be a good “server” in the process of the construction of the projects, and endeavor to make sure the signed projects put into construction, go into production and achieve the desired results as early as possible, injecting new momentum to the economic and social development of Bozhou.
